Olga Leczykiewicz

Olga has long experience in advising companies and private clients, which she has gained while working for reputable law firms in Poznań and, since 2013, in running her private practice. Her main focus is on providing comprehensive legal advisory to companies in their day-to-day business activity. She also supports her clients in the area of criminal law, including, in particular, fiscal penal law and criminal business law, as well as other legal matters that they face in their private lives.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

Advocate, member of the Regional Bar Association in Poznań.

In her free time, she pursues her passion for travelling, she organises and participates in bicycle trips and rallies. She loves European cinematography and literature (she loves all the genres – reports, historical novels or crime stories).

Joanna Surma

Joanna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She has worked in legal profession since 2004, gaining valuable experience while working for law firms both in Poland and abroad, as well as in her private legal practice. Between 2009 and 2012, Joanna completed her legal counsel training and apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań and she successfully passed her final bar examination in 2012.

She has wide experience in advising companies both from Poland and abroad in doing business in Poland. Joanna specialises mostly in contract law, commercial companies, and labour law. She speaks English fluently.

Joanna always tries to spend her free time in an active manner – cycling trips, long walks, or jogging. She loves crime novels.

Trainees

Joanna Kwela

Joanna graduated form the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. She defended her MA thesis on: “Seduction of a minor in order to record pornographic content”. Since January 2020, she  has been a trainee attorney at the District Bar Council in Poznań, under the supervision of Olga Leczykiewicz, attorney-at law.

Joanna has extensive theoretical knowledge acquired during studies and courses, reinforced with practical experience. Since 2017, she has been cooperating with the law firm Leczykiewicz Surma Kancelaria Adwokatów i Radców Prawnych s.c., where she developed and practiced her professional skills as an intern, a lawyer, and now a trainee attorney. She is also involved in running the firm’s websites and conducting activities in the field of public relations.

She is constantly developing and improving her skills in the field of criminal law, which she is passionate about. She eagerly assists her clients in any legal problems in their everyday life.

Joanna is an open, caring and helpful person therefore she has been participating in various types of volunteering projects for many years. In addition, she pursues her passions related to criminology and forensics. She eagerly reaches for horror or thriller books and films. The world’s biggest fan of Stephen King’s work.

Weronika Dębińska

Weronika is a management engineer, but because she was always interested in law, she decided to study law at WSB Merito University. She is currently a second-year student.

She started cooperation with the Law Firm in April 2023. Thanks to her work at the Law Firm, she can observe the daily struggles of experienced lawyers and consolidate the knowledge acquired during her studies with practical experience.

Weronika is constantly developing her skills and willingly takes part in additional courses and lectures, which certainly improve her abilities.

Weronika is an empathetic person, open to people, willing to help and support. She has been interested in music since childhood, took part in an amateur theater group and is a winner of many music competitions. She loves traveling and meeting new places and new people.

Weronika’s smile is the first thing you will see when visiting our office.

Katarzyna Zarzecka

She graduated from the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, Poland, and the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Italy.

Radca prawny, member of the Bar Association of Poznań (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych), Poland, and avvocato admitted to the Bar Assosiation of Rome (Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma), Italy.

She has extensive experience in providing legal assistance to corporate and individual clients; her fields of expertise include civil law, business law, insolvency law, international law, the European Union law, as well as litigation with cross-border elements in Poland and Italy.

She is proficient in English and Italian.

She likes Italian cuisine, cinema, and literature.

Dr Malgorzata Grego-Hoffmann

Dr Malgorzata Grego-Hoffmann studied law at the University of Poznan and in Trier, Germany.

Her main areas of activity in German law are business law, contract law with special focus on the construction industry, labour law, family law, and inheritance law, as well as social security issues.

She completed her doctoral studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and her doctoral thesis was published by Wolters Kluwer Polska. In 2010 she completed the study of German law at the University of Poznan. She gained experience in law firms in Poland and Germany. She is the author of the book “Liability of medical entities and medical staff”, Presscom Publishing House. Since 2013 she has been working in a German law firm, where she appears before the courts, in particular in North Rhine-Westphalia. 

She holds the Polish title of legal adviser and the German title of Rechtsanwältin. She is a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań and the Rechtsanwaltskammer in Düsseldorf. 

She completed an intensive course in business administration and business management at Hagen University.
